MSU AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERS
Friday tours
Join us Friday to see what makes MSU engineering special! Register for one (or both!) of our tours when you register for the conference.
Facility for Rare Isotope Beams
A one-of-a-kind facility researching the fundamentals of rare isotopes. Utilizing a linear particle accelerator, scientists and engineers are determining the origins of stars, treating cancer, and strengthening national security.
-
Space is limited! The first 50 participants to sign up will get an in-person tour of the facility.
-
If you miss the cutoff, the next-door planetarium has a virtual tour that covers even more of the facility.
Brewing Labs and Pilot Plant
MSU has a runaway favorite molecule. We bet you can guess what it is. Come see how it's made and the process of scaling up reactors with a tour of our brewing labs!
-
Must be 21+ on the day of the tour.
-
Bring your brains and your taste buds - try some samples!
